- Located within driving distance of the Triangle region of North Carolina
- Ability to close with all cash or secure immediate financing
- Land for shopping center and commercial outparcel developments
- Land for apartment developments
- Land for senior living community developments (Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care)
- Minimum Investment from $500,000 to $10,000,000
- Experienced in purchasing unentitled land and working with municipalities to obtain zoning and entitlements
- Located within driving distance of the Triangle region of North Carolina
