In Frank’s time with Tri-Properties, he was recognized by the Washington, D.C. based, CoStar Group in both 2005 and 2006 as one of the commercial real estate industry’s elite, receiving the company’s Power Broker award in back to back years. The Power Broker award is given out to professionals and firms closing the highest transaction volume in commercial real estate deals and leads in their respective markets.
In addition, Frank also became a member of the exclusive “Million Dollar Office Leasing Club,” and was recognized by the Triangle Business Journal as a “Heavy Hitter,” both in the calendar year of 2006. In that same year, the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors awarded him for securing the “Lease Transaction of the Year.”
Currently, in addition to his highly active roles with both Morisey Commercial and NorthView Partners, Morisey also serves on the boards of Robuck Homes, Inc., the Raleigh Board of Directors for Trust Bank, and numerous other charitable foundations.
Frank is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration from the Kenan Flagler Business School. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute, one of the leading commercial real estate associations in the world.
